Data Subjects may notify HJC EUROPE (for the attention of the Data Protection Officer) of any changes to their personal data by mail or e-mail, attaching a copy of a proof of identity, as indicated in Article I above.
III. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
HJC EUROPE collects and processes the following personal data:
Identification and contact data: name, first name, email, postal address, telephone number. This information is collected when the Data Subject fills in the contact form, subscribes to the newsletter, creates an account on the site and/or places an order with HJC EUROPE.
Banking data: this information is processed during the payment of the order.
Connection data: this information is collected during the navigation on the HJC EUROPE website.
The information identified by an asterisk (*) on the website must be filled in. Otherwise, HJC EUROPE will not be able to provide the services offered.
IV. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data are processed by HJC EUROPE for the following purposes
the management and processing of customer orders;
the invoicing of orders and the management of possible unpaid invoices;
the implementation of the guarantees attached to its products;
the treatment of the requests sent via the form of contact present on the site ..., in the heading "contact us";
manage the sending of newsletters and establish statistics relating to this service;
to provide all the services made available on the website and to ensure that the presentation of the website is optimal for users;
to manage and respond to requests to exercise rights in relation to the processing of personal data;
to meet its legal and regulatory obligations.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the following legal bases:
the consent of the Data Subjects, in particular when registering for the newsletter or creating an account on the site;
the execution of contracts signed with HJC EUROPE (product orders);
the pursuit of HJC EUROPE's legitimate interests, with respect to the rights of the Data Subjects.
V. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
HJC EUROPE keeps the data related to the processing, payment and delivery of an order for a maximum of ... years from the date of delivery or the last contact with the customer (telephone contact or correspondence).
The data filled in for the creation of an account on the site is kept until the account is deleted.
Data related to an information request sent via the contact form are kept for 1 year from the closing of the request.
As far as the newsletter is concerned, HJC EUROPE keeps the e-mail address of the person concerned as long as he/she does not unsubscribe, via the unsubscribe link integrated in each newsletter.
VI. RECIPIENTS AND PROCESSORS OF PERSONAL DATA - TRANSFER
Personal data of Data Subjects may be transferred, to the extent necessary, to (i) any person acting on behalf of HJC EUROPE, (ii) HJC EUROPE's service providers, including its logistics providers, and where appropriate (iii) judicial authorities and institutions.
If necessary, this data will be shared with the competent authorities or courts, in particular in order for HJC EUROPE to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. In this case, HJC EUROPE will take all necessary measures to inform the Data Subjects in advance, unless prohibited by law.
The personal data collected are exclusively reserved to HJC EUROPE. No transfers are made outside the European Union.
VII. SECURITY
HJC EUROPE implements appropriate organizational, technical and software measures for physical and computer security to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration.
All processed personal data is stored on secure servers.
Paper files containing personal data are stored in secure facilities and deleted or anonymized at the end of the appropriate retention period.

The Persons concerned are informed that they have, under the conditions laid down by the law, the rights listed in the table below.
They can exercise these rights, free of charge, by contacting HJC EUROPE at the address indicated in Article 1 and by attaching a copy of a proof of identity to their request.

Data Subjects have the right to obtain from HJC EUROPE confirmation as to whether or not their personal data are being processed and, if so, access to such data, as well as information about the purposes of the processing.
